Delivery Costs?

We deliver items Australia wide or Internationally.

Delivery cost is determined by destination, value and shipping method chosen.


• ‘Parcel Post’ is available within Australia for all items and is a standard cost of $10

•‘Express Post' is available within Australia for all items and is a standard cost of $15

•‘Pack and Track' is available for New Zealand for all items and is a standard cost of $28

•‘International Registered Post’ is available for all countries outside Australia – cost is $30


If you wish to see the total cost of your purchase including delivery charges, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment or confirmation of order.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the method of delivery requested and the country of destination. We will try to ensure that your order is dispatched within 7 days from receipt of order. (usually dispatched with 1-2 business days after payment received and cleared).


Typically ‘Registered Post’ within Australia is between 1-10 business days after lodgement.

‘International Registered Post’ is delivered to almost 200 countries within 3-10 working days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.



Can I track my order?


If you have registered with VibratingWatches.com.au have a login and password, you can check if your order has been sent by clicking on ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘Order Status’ link.


If you are unable to locate the status information please email info@vibratingwatches.com.au with your order reference number and we will get back to you at the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.


Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.



What if my order is lost?


VibratingWatches.com.au will assist with claims for compensation as far as possible.


‘Registered Post’ and ‘International Registered Post’ items include compensation up to the value of the purchase as long as you have selected the correct delivery option when ordering.
